Operations Coordinator
Headquartered in Mt Pleasant, Michigan. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of CMURC’s operations, programs, and facilities, ensuring a high-functioning, entrepreneur-centered environment aligned with organizational priorities. Reporting to the Chief
Operating Officer, this role supports multiple projects across operations, programs,
systems, and partnerships in a fast-paced setting, often under pressure. The Operations
Assistant serves as a key internal and external point of contact, supporting entrepreneurs,
partners, and staff with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Success in this
role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organization and
follow-through, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to make independent decisions
while maintaining confidentiality and operational excellence.
Community Ambassador
Headquartered in Bay City, Michigan. The Community Ambassador is a hands-on support role responsible for helping maintain the day-to-day operations, appearance, and organization of CMURC cowork and program spaces. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for members, guests, and partners through facility upkeep, member support, tours, and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. A high level of professionalism, creativity, and customer service orientation is essential.
Digital Operations Ambassador
Headquartered in Midland, Michigan. The Digital Operations Ambassador is a hands-on, adaptable team member who supports the day-to-day operations, member experience, and growth of CMURC’s coworking and program spaces. This role is responsible for keeping the space running smoothly—from facility support and troubleshooting technology to leading tours, supporting outreach, and assisting with digital initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative, with a strong interest in engaging the community and contributing to new member growth.
Content Ambassador
Headquartered in Mt Pleasant, Michigan. The Content Ambassador is a hands-on, adaptable team member responsible for a blend of operational support and content-related tasks across CMURC’s cowork and program spaces. This role will support day-to-day facility operations and also contribute to internal and external marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. A high level of professionalism, creativity, and customer service orientation is essential.
