MY “AHA” MOMENT
We are travelers that like to eat..or are we eaters that like to travel, hmmm...I have always wanted to own my own business and have always had that entrepreneurial spirit. While traveling we have always preferred restaurants with flare and fare that offered something unique, particularly in bigger cities. Traveling domestically and internationally several times we have looked at each other and said “I wish you could get this back home” or “a place like this would kill in Bay City”.

THE BIG IDEA
The problem we identified, was a lack of certain restaurants like this in our hometown, basically a hole in the local marketplace. A place that offered unique flavors, homemade recipes all while providing an atmosphere that is fun, hip, relaxing with a big city feel all at the same time.

WHY MY IDEA IS BETTER THAN THE REST
The advantage our product has is, it is simple yet complex, familiar but foreign at the same time, domestic yet seemingly imported, traditional yet unique. The business level strategy provides consumers to be the master of their experience; kick back, relax and dine casually, or keep it your lunch hour not a lunch hour and 15 minutes, choose to be social and sit & meet new people or keep it in group and dine in solidarity.

THE SKY’S THE LIMIT
I am a victim of contractor fraud, the build out is close to complete, about 90% of the way. An investment in me is not only an investment in the community and the people in it; it is also a back end investment. The funds still required represent ⅕ of the total investment and would be used to finish up the contract work for Electric, Plumbing, Mechanical, Sprinkler systems and carpentry.
